Indy Design + Build was founded on the idea of making the design build process more accessible and understanding for project owners. Our team is comprised of construction experts along with previous project owners who have seen the pain points that are involved with construction projects.
Jordan Davis
President
Since Jordan was little, he has been building and remodeling houses with his dad. Naturally, he fell into a passion for building projects. He absolutely loves to see a project come to fruition. Jordan has been on the client side of building projects on the commercial side, as he co-owes a local company located in Carmel with his wife. Jordan wanted to provide a completely different experience with focus truly on the customer. In his free time, Jordan loves spending time with his wife and two dogs.

Jeremy Siegel
Vice President, Construction
Jeremy brings over 10 years of construction management experience. From luxury custom residential, to large medical renovations and everything in between, Jeremy not only has a diverse project background, but possesses a large network of skilled trades and third party vendors to help tailor project specific teams perfectly to meet our clients needs. Over the course of his career, he’s noticed that project owners are oftentimes left in the dark and feel frustrated with the construction project life cycle. Jeremy strives to have project ownership involved in every facet of the project from its conception, through completion.
